We value you as a customer, and it is important to us that you are completely satisfied with each purchase. Items may be returned directly to the store or shipped to the store. Please note, we do not take returns on sale merchandise.
Items must be:

Returns will be credited using the method of initial payment.
Shipping charges will not be included in the total refund amount unless the wrong book or a damaged book was shipped.
