The Story of Edgar Sawtelle - Kepler's Staff Review

This is an amazing and profound story about a mute 14-year-old boy, his family, and the dogs he trains. Set in rural Wisconsin, it is sad and heartbreaking, but so richly worded that you'll want to read it slowly to savor the prose. I can't remember ever being so mesmerized by an author's words.
