When Sam asks for a Snagglegrollop his parents both assume that such a thing doesn't exist and so readily agree that of course he can have a snagglegrollop (unlike the time he asked his mom for a cat and his dad for a dog and got a flat out "no" both times). Little do they know... But they did say that he could have a snagglegrollop, and every one knows that you can't tell kids that they can have something and then change your mind when they bring it home (no matter how big and hungry it might be!). But at least Sam gets his pet, even if he has to take care of it, and snagglegrollops take quite a bit of looking after. But what happens when the snagglegrollop meets a quibblesnuff (that Emily's unsuspecting parents foolishly agreed to)?
