Rustica or MoVida Rustica as it's known in
Melbourne is about Spanish Comfort Food. Chef Frank Camorra takes to you
through every region of Spain without overwhelming you. A generous
slice of Coca (a Catalan flatbread), a small bowl of perfectly pan fried
mushrooms and garlic (al ajilo) or a warm stew (Potaje) of
Garbanzos, Cod, Tomatoes and Spinach. These are all dishes you find both
in the Tapas Bar, Markets and at Home in Spain. There are no bells and
whistles, only ingredients. After spending six months in the kitchen at
MoVida, trust me, there is no better Guide then Chef Camorra. Simple.
