Kepler's 2020 Project in the News:
In anticipation of Anne Taylor’s new book I re-read my old favorites such as Dinner at the Homesick Restaurant and Ladder of Years. Her new book Noah’s Compass is humorous and poignant, filled with commonplace things and average people, – classic Anne Tyler. All Liam Pennywell wants is to recover his lost memory, and who else but Eunice Dunstead, whose job is a hired ‘rememberer,’ would help him to remember that ‘thingamajig.’ Nobody writes better about ordinary magic than Anne Tyler. Do I even have to say how extraordinary that is? --Aggie Z.
