Ladybug Girl and Bumblebee Boy - Kepler's Staff Review

FINALLY - there is a sequel!!!

OK, the wait wasn't that long, just about a year.  But Ladybug Girl is back, and this time she has a friend: Bumblebee Boy.
Never fear though, her trusty sidekick, Bingo the Bassett Hound, is still a fixture (I would have been very disappointed if Bingo wasn't there).

Lulu goes to the playground with her mother and looks around for someone to play with.  She sees Sam but the two simply can't agree on what (or where) to play. Finally Lulu has a brainwave, introduces Sam to her alter ego (Ladybug Girl), and helps him come up with his own super hero -- Bumblebee Boy!  They have so much fun that Dragonfly Girl (who can breathe real fire) and Butterfly Girl want to join in.  The Bug Squad is born!

Now, just as an aside, I would just like to point out that while the authors do not specify Butterfly Girl's super powers, I think that Butterfly Girl has the makings of a powerful villain, and in the future we should be on the look out.  After all, if a butterfly flaps its wings in Asia...and in the immortal words of Bart Simpson "Nobody Suspects the Butterfly!" --Antonia
