All of Jamie Oliver's cookbooks are crammed with luscious, vibrant photographs that make you long for every one of his dishes. The recipes are straightforward and very good, with accompanying text that reminds me of cooking with an enthusiastic and knowledgeable friend. This book takes you across Italy with authentic, home-friendly recipes. Try: pasta al forno con pomodori e mozzarella (magnificent mess of tomato and mozzarella) and torta di more (blackberry tart… I could eat this forever!).
