Dr. Ratey, author of SPARK: The Revolutionary Science of Exercise and the Brain, explains how exercise creates new brain cells and makes learning easier, promotes emotional well-being and enhances our ability to focus and perform.
All Common Ground Speaker Series events are free of charge to the parents, faculty and staff of our member schools. Guests from non-member schools are welcome to attend for a $20 fee at the door.
