Speaking Up: Surviving Executive Presentations (Hardcover)
On Our Shelves Now - Call to Confirm
In Fortune 500 conference rooms around the world, management careers are careening off the tracks. Why? Poor delivery? No. Bad content? No. It's because people don't get to the point fast enough, and can't improvise when the agenda changes. The carnage of these presentation train wrecks can be so bad that presenting to top management has been dubbed "The New Blood Sport."
Rick Gilbert, the founder and chairman of PowerSpeaking, Inc., offers six strategies to help you to avoid spilling your blood on "Mahogany Row".
