Kepler's 2020 Project in the News:
This book singlehanded made my earliest
forays into the overwhelming world of makeup a significantly less akward (and
ugly!) experience then it otherwise would have been. Bobbi Brown's beauty
bible continues to help me navigate the dautning aisles of Sephora despite the
fact that I a no longer a teenager. Brown gives pragmatic advice to young women
without taking an overtly motherly tone (the last person teenage girls seem
to want advice from). At first glance this book may appear to be a mere makeup
guide, but it is way more then that. Brown offers meaningful insights far
beyond finding the right concealer, like the importance of sleep, not
overcoloring your hair, and accepting that braces, while uncomfortable, are a
right of passage for most. This is a must have book for any young
lady.
