Moose Flanagan and the kids of Alcatraz are back in this sequel to Al Capone Does My Shirts.  Life for Moose has improved since we last left him!  His sister Natalie has finally been admitted to the Esther P. Marinoff School in San Francisco, he survived his first year at his new school and even managed to make a new friend, and the gorgeous warden's daughter has started to pay more attention to him...what more could a young boy ask for? 
 
But, things are not always as they seem, and they are about to get very interesting for Moose Flanagan!  Moose has never officially met Al Capone, convict #85, but that didn't stop Moose from asking for Mr. Capone's help in getting his sister into the special school in San Francisco.  And suddenly after many denials, Natalie was accepted.
